Cancellation Policy
1. 🗓️ Booking & Access A minimum service fee of $90 is required for each booking. Please ensure our technician has easy access to your home at the scheduled time 🕒. 2. 🧹 Before We Arrive To help us serve you efficiently, please: Clear small items, toys, or breakables from the cleaning area 🧸. Give the area a light vacuum (if possible) for best results. 3. 💨 Drying Time Typically dry time is 6–8 hours. Boost drying with fans or open windows 🌬️. 4. 🐾 Stains & Odors We do our absolute best to lift stains, but some may be permanent, especially older or deeply set ones (e.g., wine, ink, pet stains). Pet odor? 🐶 We offer enzyme treatment as an add-on, but no treatment guarantees 100% odor removal. Please note: we cannot guarantee results on fragile materials and are not liable for pre-existing damage or color bleeding. 6. 🧼 Add-On Services Add-ons like Stain Guard, Pet Treatment, and Heavy Soil Lift must be booked in advance or added during your appointment ✅. Final pricing may vary if the item condition requires extra attention. 7. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens! Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule 🙏. 8. ❤️ Your Satisfaction Matters If anything isn’t quite right, please reach out within 24 hours of your service 📞.
