If you're looking for consistent, professional, and worry-free cleaning, our recurring residential service is just what you need. Whether you're a busy professional, a parent juggling it all, or simply want more time back in your day—we’ve got you. 🧼 What’s Included in Recurring Cleaning Each scheduled visit is designed to maintain a clean, fresh space, with attention to the everyday details that matter. Our general recurring cleaning includes: ✔️Kitchen: wipe-down of counters, sink, cabinet faces, exterior of appliances ✔️Bathrooms: scrub shower/tub, sink, toilet, mirrors, and surfaces ✔️Floors: vacuuming and mopping all accessible areas ✔️Living spaces & bedrooms: general dusting, wiping, bed making, trash emptied ✔️Light tidying & organizing in high-traffic areas Have specific areas that need extra love? You can request add-ons like fridge/oven cleaning, laundry folding, and more. 🔁 Flexible Frequency Options We offer: ✔️Weekly ✔️Biweekly ✔️Monthly You choose what works best for your lifestyle. We’ll handle the rest. 📌 Important Notes: 🔸 All base rates reflect weekly cleaning. 🔸 Bi-weekly services carry a $15 surcharge, and monthly services carry a $30 surcharge to account for buildup between visits. 🔸 Each cleaning visit includes two cleaners, working together to complete the job efficiently. 🔸 Our minimum visit requirement is $60 and/or a minimum of 2 hours total cleaning time (combined between both cleaners). 🔸 Additional tasks like folding laundry, multiple pets, or specialty flooring will include a its own fees 🔸 For example: a 1-hour job means 2 cleaners x 1 hour each = 2 hours total service time. 🔸 Your first cleaning may be charged as a deep clean depending on the condition of the home, buildup, or specific requests. This ensures we start your recurring service on a clean foundation. All rates will be confirmed before the service begins. 🔸If you’ve selected fridge cleaning as an add-on, please ensure that all food items are removed prior to our arrival. For health and liability reasons, our team cannot handle or dispose of food, and we will not be able to proceed with the fridge clean if food is still inside - For homes larger than 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, please contact us directly for a personalized quote. ⚡ Want a Quicker Way to Try Us First without committing? Cancellation Policy

📍 Access to Property Please ensure we have safe and reliable access to your home at the scheduled time. 🕑 Cancellation & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. 💳 Payment Terms 🔸 Payments are due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. 🔸 We accept e-transfer, credit/debit, or automatic invoicing for recurring clients. 🔸 We DO NOT accept cash payments 🧼 Quality Guarantee 🔸 If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll come back to fix the issue—free of charge. 🔸 We do not offer full refunds, but we always aim to make it right. 👣 What We Don’t Cover: For safety and liability reasons, we do not: 🔸 Move heavy furniture or lift items over 25 lbs 🔸 Handle hazardous waste 🔸 Provide pet grooming or feces removal 🔒 Privacy & Respect We treat your home with care and respect your privacy.
