Whether you’re settling into a new place or handing over the keys, our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning service is designed to give your space a spotless reset. 🧽🏡✨ We clean everything from top to bottom — inside cabinets, drawers, closets, appliances, and more. Perfect for tenants and homeowners, who want to ensure the space looks and feels like new. 🍃🪞 Our professional team brings all the tools and supplies needed and follows a detailed checklist to ensure no spot is missed. Whether you’re leaving your home behind or starting fresh, we’ve got you covered. 🚪🧹🧼 📋 What’s Included in This Service: ✔️ Full deep cleaning of all rooms ✔️ Inside cabinets, drawers & closets ✔️ Inside & outside of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, etc.) ✔️ Baseboards, walls, doors & light switches wiped ✔️ Window tracks, blinds, sills cleaned ✔️ Bathroom & kitchen sanitized top-to-bottom ✔️ Trash removed ✔️ Final floor vacuuming & mopping ✔️ Optional add-ons: inside windows, behind appliances, garage, balcony ✔️ Wall Washing Included: All our move-in/move-out cleans include full wall washing for light to moderate marks and buildup. Heavily stained walls, grease, or damage (e.g., crayon, nicotine, mold) may require specialized treatment at an additional charge. ⚠️ Important Notes: 🔸 This service is for vacant homes only. Please ensure all belongings and furniture are removed prior to our arrival. 🔸 We do not remove large debris or junk (ask us if you need help with that) 🔸 Stain or paint removal is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to restore the space. 🔸 The home must have access to running water and electricity on the day of cleaning. 🔸 Add-ons such as carpet shampooing, or garage sweeping must be requested in advance. 🔸Any food items left in the fridge or freezer will be treated as garbage and disposed of by our team. Our cleaners do not have the ability to determine whether items are to be kept or consumed, and for liability reasons, we cannot handle or save food intended for future use. For homes larger than 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, please contact us directly for a personalized quote. Are you a landlord, property manager, or real estate agent? Cancellation Policy

🗓️ Booking & Confirmation All deep cleanings must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. 🏠 Walkthroughs for Custom Quotes Homes with heavy buildup, 4+ bedrooms, or over 1800 sq ft require a free in-person or video walkthrough before finalizing the price. Custom quotes may include additional charges for grime, grease, pet hair, or neglected areas. ⏰ Arrival Window Our team will arrive within a 30-minute window of your scheduled time. Please ensure access to the unit during this window. If our team is delayed due to a previous job, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. 💳 Payment Terms Final balance is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept e-transfer or credit card (no cash or cheques). ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment, subject to availability. 🧽 Satisfaction Guarantee If anything is missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll schedule a touch-up visit Please note: wall stains, permanent marks, or damage may not be fully removable through cleaning alone.
